C3 Wellness Spa Late Arrivals & Cancellation Policy

Late Arrival Policy:

If you arrive up to 10 minutes late: We’ll do our best to give you your full treatment time whenever possible. However, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time and you will be charged for the full service.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late: You’ll be responsible for the full price of the service. Due to scheduling and documentation requirements, insurance billing cannot be submitted for appointments that begin more than 15 minutes late.

Please note: Because many of our Kissimmee spa guests have appointments scheduled back-to-back, we may not always be able to extend your session if you arrive late. We’ll provide as much of the service as possible within the remaining time.

Spa Cancellation Policy:

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This charge is non-refundable.

If we must cancel your appointment for any reason, you will not be charged.
