Before You Book
- Pre-payment is required for all online spa appointments.
- Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of the scheduled session.
- Limit waiting room guests to one person per appointment unless additional services are scheduled.

For Couples Massages at our Kissimmee spa locations, please call us directly to schedule. This service requires coordination with two therapists and is based on availability.
