What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy:
- All clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid incurring charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notifying the spa (no-call, no-show), will result in a charge of 100% of the service value. This charge is non-refundable.
- Spa Cancellation: If the spa cancels an appointment for any reason, clients will not be charged for the cancellation. We value your time and commitment to your health and wellness, and we aim to communicate any necessary changes to your appointments as promptly as possible.

How Often Should I Get A Massage?
